Hi my name is lolotrolo99 and my friend got banned from chernarus RP for KOS
The reason why im posting this an not him is that hes only 10 and doesn't know how to.
sso what happened is that my brother killed someone. he was super unlucky to meet someone who was recording. he gave returned victims stuff , and got back to looting. next morning he was banned. i think he deserves a second chance because even though he returned all things he stole from corpse he still got banned.

You broke a rule and you're saying it's unlucky you got caught? In other words 'if only he wasn't recording, I could've got away with breaking a rule'
It seems you are very aware of the No KOS rule and chose to break it. It doesn't matter if you returned the items back, it matters that you KOS'd and from what you're implying, you're willing to do it again.
how about a "sorry I broke the rules, it won't happen again, can I get a second chance?"

im sorry for puting into that unfortunte words. what i meant is that ban is reallyn not a nice thing and he was unlucky for having it. hes really small and he sometimes forgets about rules when im not reminding him bout them. i am so sorry for his actions and i swear that i will watch him and that situation wont happen again. Again sorry for making it sound like he was trying to get away with it
