Hi Guys,
I've suggested that we change up the application process a little to Nylex. it would involve staff applications being put onto a thread in the forums instead of via Applications, this would mean that everyone's application is visible to the community, this would:
- Allow players to give their opinions/experiences of said applicant/s
- Give the community a bigger choice in potential staff members
- Allow current staff to see what the community's opinion is on potential applicant/s
Please feel free to leave your opinions of this down below, I'd like to see what everyone thinks of this idea.

I would say moving them to the forums may be a bad idea. There are several hundred applications. Actions speak louder then words for applying for staff so no reason for it to be publicly shown.
I disagree, I think the community should have the options to choose if the person can be a staff. It would be cool to choose our staff instead of you guys doing all the choices for us, all of us are active and we know which people we want to be staff or not. I know people could vote no just because they hate the person. That makes it harder and you have to make people like you/ enforce the rules. If the community chooses a good staff to be a staff in game and on the forums like everyday, people would be happy that they have option. I would like to have a option to vote.
