I am stuck in a car glitch/bug where it wont let me leave and when i respawn i am stuck in the car animation and flying the air. I tried to verify my game cache to fix this but it did nothing. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it could reset my character position but it did nothing. If i could get some help from an admin that would be great, Thank you.

this happened to me long time back, its a bug in unturned. You need to wait till they wipe or next update or some shit soz
Hmm, have you tried having a friend kill you when you log into the server?
I think there's a few bugs with chernarus atm since the map creator changed the way the custom objects are bundled together, I'll work on getting that fixed.

he said "when he respawns" so that means he has tried dying. Its a client side bug with a hint of serversidedness. Try restarting server, also whalicum back
