Hmmmm...I'm not sure on how to fix this maybe validate your steam files which you can do by the steps below
1. Restart your computer and launch steam.
2. From the steam library click on the game (Unturned) and go to properties.
3. Click on local files then go to the bottom option which is verify game files.
4. Steam will then verify the games files it will take several minutes.
Or unsubscribe from all your workshop items.
Definitely get rid of all your workshop items. Go to your profile>workshop>subscribed items and just unsubscribe from everything on the list. If you're having trouble loading in, lower all your settings before trying to join a server, that should help you not freeze/crash. Then once you're in just put the settings back up again.
