Hello, this is my first post here, and let me explain my predicament to you.
I wanted to buy something through the website, right? just an MVP pack and a custom kit, so I did. However, the first time I did it, I somehow timed out, and when I regained connection, I saw a message, which is more or less "Connection timed out, but transaction is still in progress". I thought nothing of it, and instead, went ahead, brought the same thing, and completed the transaction. Shortly after, I received two texts at the SAME TIME, for the SAME PRODUCTS. I was confused, and there it was, I apparently brought the same things TWICE, and lost that amount of money. And worse yet, the receipt on my screen showed that I only purchased it ONCE!
