These are some maps i found for replacement of Chernarus that might fit in more for RP and the environment.:

The Alps

This map i think could fit in rather well with the situation we have going on. We have had lots of green grass maps with the same element each time, But i believe this time we could involve winter, A more of a situation that makes players far more caring about their decisions during survival out in the apocalyptic land. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=936187068&searchtext=   (One of the best snow based survival maps around for RP)

Warrington

This is a map set a couple years after the apocalypse started. Due to this plant life has taken over buildings, towns, cites, you name it. It makes the surroundings fit in more with RP so that it doesn't look like it was made in a matter of minutes (settlements/camps) it makes it look like the world isn't getting overrun by the infected, but more of the green.  https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1223690841&searchtext=

Greenport Island

This map consists of a hybrid of sea and large islands, This can lead to factions being set up and settlements to be made for different regions of the map. There are also oil rigs spread on the outskirts of the sea which could be used for many things, somethings we were not able to do on Chernarus. Rochstolm

Rochstolm, A map set in Norway. This map represents a whole lot of different terrain and land to travel across leading to people sticking to one area or another. It has rocky, muddy and sea based terrain perfect for a good RP survival map.
