Hi , my name is Pugish and I’m here to defend myself, so what really happend was that , Me and a friend were are a “ Vehicle Feast “ and in the rules it’s says “ Airdrops , Feast , and Vehicle Feast are KOS “ there for I told him to put his hands up , and the. I put handcuff on him , he stays there for about a minute and then my friend reminded my that “ Vehicle Feast “ Are KOS  , so then I killed him , but he  ended the video and after he did he started to say a lot of rude and  Offensive stuff to me and my friend

lol, I didn't insult you, I told you that you shouldn't kos me, and that it wasn't a vehicle feast.

I guess if it was a vehicle feasts then its fair game- even if it was a bit of a shady move KOSing just cuz' 😛 

But I mean if it was a feast, I probably would have lit him up instead of running up to him and talking to him. /shrug

I don't like the idea of "I'm an MVP+, I can break the rules"

Pugish and his buddy BIGGUY ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198322038721) attempted to KOS again; Nylex, can we get clarification on how long a vehicle event turns a giant area into a kos zone? It had been probably 10-15 minutes since the notice, there was no helicopter, and other people were complaining in chat about being KOS'd by them.

I just wanna know if they're right to camp these zones and just kill everyone? Especially if there's no vehicle there?

can you give a timestamp on that video? Also there is no "im mvp i can break rules" at all buddy, many donators have been banned and are treat the same as non-donators, very disappointing that you'd assume that.

There is also no set length on how long a feast lasts (if there was people could be mid-battle and after a certain amount of time be forced to stop shooting eachother and walk away). When the battle is over, the feast is over.

I understand where you're coming from with the fact that if there was noone there for 10-15 minutes then it should be KOS, fair enough,  I can agree with that.

oh and if there isnt even a vehicle there, hell no. That's straight KOS

For sure, I'm not trying to make assumptions, I've just seen many donators break the rules and blatantly state "I won't get banned lol"
I don't have a timestamp for the second video, but I think you can see that there's no vehicle around there. They state in the chat that they're KOSing because it's a vehicle event. So, I guess that'd be KOS by your standards

For what it's worth, I'm a donator too, I follow the rules and I have to record constantly because of people like this. /shrug
