I was kosed twice at volk by the same people. After the first time the koser decided to let me come back to get my gear. But when I got back I found one of his team members particularly with most or all of my gear. And at first i though he did it to keep it from despawning but after i asked him multiple times to give it back he still refused. As far as I know. You are not allowed to KOS for someone having a gun out. You can clearly see in the video that this player inparticular has the same gun as I did but with a different scope, coincidence I think not, I have only found the Kontek Mk18 (the gun I had) twice in the wild. The player that took my gear was Named Ale and the Player that kosed me was named Logan. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Okay, the first time you died in the video was not KOS. The person holding you up clearly said it's a robbery and if you pulled out a weapon you'd be killed- then you pulled out a weapon.
However the second time you died in the video looks like KOS to me, although you wasn't recording your mic so I can't tell if you were provoking an attack or if you tried to rob them or whatnot. If you can link Logan's steam I can speak with him and go from there:D
Ok, so let me clear this up, dearingdeath killed the robber to save me I pulled out a gun to ensure that I was safe and then Logan, up on the hill, shot me in the back of the head for pulling out my gun. The second vid my mic cut out so I could not record the voice but all I was saying was, "Logan told me to come back and get my stuff, can I have it back?" and he refused multiple times.
I am in school so I can not find Logan's steam profile now, but I will around 3pm est when I get home.
