Personally i stick by my understanding of the rules, but i (in fact) am not perfect and apparently made Kroc mad. For that i apologize.

After this event happened he proceeds to try and kill me with no knowledge of his whereabouts and fails due to my allies.

no i robbed him and he tried to kill me then came back

This is the first time pretty much ever people have had a problem with me on any of your servers, so i don't really know what comes next.

I know that mail man would not break any rules intentionally and i really believe that in this case mail man did nothing wrong.
the Kroc guy got robbed and then proceeded to come back to reclaim his stuff or something.

I was a bit thrown off by that last bit "Has no clue what KOS means. He believes it's ok if someone knows you are there." 

But yeah, people do tend to false report when they're mad about losing in a robbery situation. You're right about you not causing any trouble before, so I can believe that. Kroc, is this what really happened?
