So I was walking around and looting , suddenly I see a guy and try to say hello, but he just sprayed me down . here's the guy  https://steamcommunity.com/id/BatProfile/  

After I get killed ,he tells me that he wrote that hes robbing me and I have to put my hands up and that this incident is failed RP. 

So I go to unturnedroleplay.com/rules and find this :

• My victim claims he didn't hear me tell them to put their hands up now they're accusing me of KOS
  If you are not in voice distance, there's no way they will be able to hear you/know you are robbing them and wouldn't count as a robbery since its not the victims fault you decided to speak to them from a mile away. However you must also consider the delay Unturned sometimes has when first speaking to someone. Give them time for a possible delay to be happening before just shooting them.

So obviously he was not using his voice chat and since I was not checking my in game chat I got killed. I had no time to realise whats happening and without any verbal warning or some sort of warning action I got shot. I demand a fair compensation for my items and getting him banned.
