What happened?: I was sitting outside NWAF because a player had mentioned they were there. I went outside the the KOS zone so i could find a good spot to hide as i was scouting outside the KOS zone he runs up with initiation and kills me. In the video you can clearly see it says i am outside the KOS zone and he wasn't in the KOS zone to begin with, therefore he shouldn't have even killed me.

I am about 60% sure NWAF is a confirmed kos zone.

Legal gray area. I am inclined to say that running outside KoS zone to kill someone that was more than clearly waiting outside is fine and not against the rules.
However, this is a precedent I'd rather have Nylex himself establish.
By the looks if it, the inside/outside leaving might of been from a while back, as it shows he is still outside of the kos zone and so was HITLER as he came from behind. This does look like a kos, but since it's really close to nw and right next to the border, I think he got lucky.
Yeah, I stated somewhere when I first introduced KOS zones that the specific line that you cross (when the chat thingy shows up) shouldn't be the absolute defined indication as to whether you're in the KOS zone, because then people will just camp- It's the general area really.
I guess just go off common sense
I've had a few reports and I don't think I can really punish people for KOSing a few meters out of the literal region while the rest of the airfield and stuff is still in sight.
