Hi, Im sorry your heli blew up. I just want to say one thing it is no rules that state i cannot keep on chasing/attacking you when you have left the kos zone. In the video its pretty clear that the first shoot came when you were in the kos zone as that shoot started a combat. So that means that i didnt try to kos you outside the kos zone i just kept the combat up when you left the kos zone

Your vehicle has been destroyed properly. If you enter the KoS zone, there's a grace window depending on what RP situation you're in. Unfortunately, we're unable to list all situations out as that'd require quantum-like calculations, instead we just use common-sense to figure out whether or not a "rule" was broken.

If you don't want any negative consequence, then consider not flying over kill-zones.
