Ban Appeal:
Look I'm normally pretty chill about being banned, but this time I'm genuinely upset. I was not once told I was being dragged until 24 seconds, when I was already sprinting away, and way too far for a quote on quote, "drag", not to mention the clip had zero audio of any warnings however I was still banned by lucid because "can't run away in cuffs unless your out of the situation
such as if all pd are dead etc" I understand some rules, like being dragged because the plugin is broken, and that can fall under the common sense portion of the rules. However, something like running while in handcuffs is completely doable in the real world (see the video linked below).
In the end, I am sick and tired of staff and police feeling like they can make up new rules at their own command, the only official documents are the rules cited below and the property rules (Neither of which are listed in the terms of service, but I'll look over that).

You cant run away in cuffs. That simple you dumbass. You were pd urself you should know this.
@gamefanatic007 The only thing I was ever told as PD is you can't run if your being dragged, who ever said you can't run just because your cuffed, ever. that makes zero logical sense for people to assume that.
@gamefanatic007 you never said he was being dragged meaning he could have ran away from PD also in the clip you sent in you could have shot or tased him when he started to run
I said he was being dragged multiple times including when he was running out of the pd station even when he was really close. still it doesnt matter you just cant run in cuffs and thats been a rule ever since dragging got broken which was like a year ago.
