Well first off I want to start this off with thank you for taking the time to read this long ban appeal, Means a lot.

Let's get into it, It all starts 3 weeks ago when I was at Dunkertown talking to some people on discord. Surprise logs onto the server and afks for a little bit. He comes back and just bans me without warning me for this video: https://youtu.be/eWQRd1x9Zv8?t=48 from this report https://www.unturnedroleplay.com/community/reports/huge-report-of-the-decade/ He says goodbye in chat and logs off. I instantly start DMing Surprise and I say it was already solved on Discord by Crazy Bob and D4, He says there is 0 proof it was solved so I send some. When I sent it he just ignores it and keeps talking about the video. He said DM a different staff member about it since he has Midterms and ask tomorrow about it too D4 and Crazy.

I DM ThreeEyedFish and he says “I can't help you at all since i'm not the staff member that bans you” I say that's not how it works and the conversation ends. I than DM Crazy bob the next day about it, I explain how we already solved it and explained again, He reads it and says he will decide in the morning. I didn't get response for the next 4 days.

I than DMed Justin about it. I explain the whole thing about the report and Justin says he will unban me until he got sent this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIs3OsK5bLs I try to explain that the video was already solved but Justin says it doesn't matter if it's solved, It popped up during my ban. 2 days later Nylex responds to the report on everyone and debunks everything, Solving the issue. I thought this would end the whole thing and get me unbanned. I than DM Justin the report and I say take a look at this. The next day he responds with “ok” The whole day I waited for a response till I sent “Are you going to respond back?” I never get a response so 13 days later I DM him again about it and he didn't respond. At this point i'm giving up, I get told there going to look at it and it’s a week till nothing happens.

My last hope was to DM NSTM so I do, Once I DMed him everything we talked for a bit. In the end he told me to DM D4 about it. I DMed him on 3/1/19 and never got a response. He isnt Co-Owner anymore so he cant help me. I spoke to NSTM About it again 2 days ago and I asked if I should try dming Nylex about it on twitter, He told me it's a good idea and I should try it. Nylex has told me to make a appeal talking about it so here I am. A wild 21 days, and i'm still confused. I was never told why only I got banned in this massive report and no one else, That doesn't really matter. I just want to be want to appeal to my ban because this report was a mess, Taking from Nylex’s words. Am attempt to get the people he  like banned.
