Thanks for using the template but I have to say, I was being sarcastic about you helping rebuild. I have wasted a couple hours doing that already and I mean just the fact that you "forgot" to read the rules should be a good enough reason to keep you out for good.

Yes not reading the rules was a big mistake, I'm just asking one more chance. I read the rules and I could still help with something else since you already

No offense, but nylex, you did edit the rules page and added more rules later, and nobody knew there were new rules, a Lil announcement would've been nice and all. In fact I read the new rules today,

Excuse me im Opti's bae. he'll know (prolly) by Cheslav Kuznetsov. and i just want this mans unbanned because hes dank rp player and i want to play some games with him if i ever GET APPROVED FOR WHITELISTING

McDorflin, only Nylex has the power to whitelist people, I waited 4 days for mine to be accepted so just chill out, he'll get to yours in do time. As for Donald, he did NOT read the rules which was a large mistake on his part, but I feel he has learned his lesson and may be given a second chance in my opinion.

Everyone deserves second chances . especially somebody who got accepted in the first place

I would like to state my opinion on what the punishment should be

First off, since you needed to make a second appeal because you did not read the thread AT THE TOP that specifically says to read before posting, I do not believe you have the right mindset and patience to be allowed on the whitelisted server at the time. Also, one of the first things you did once you got on the whitelisted server was raid bases, which is much better suited for the public servers. If raiding is what you like to do, I don't see why you want to go on the whitelisted servers. 

I do believe you are sorry, and will not raid again if unbanned, but the fact still remains that you ignored many different threads that someone who genuinely cared about their appearance on the server and forums would have read. I think your ban should remain for at least three more months, and if you still want to play after that time, you are welcome back. If anyone is allowed to use the excuse "I didn't realize I had to read the rules," what use would the rules be?

One other option that might benefit everyone is for your ban to remain for another week or so, then have you unbanned, BUT you must role play as if the NCR captured you. You would not be allowed to use weapons, and would only be able to play if an NCR member was available to escort you. They could make you work for them, and release you once they see fit. This would help them repair the damage you did to them, and also give you a good role play experience. If all parties see this as fair, I would like this to happen. 

The first thing I did wasn't raid bases I had been looting and playing with friends for the first week or so I didn't go straight to raiding bases and my reason for raiding wasn't just for the fun of it it was because we were planing to take Down the ncr and start up our own clan

yes I forgot to use the template but I corrected myself by re uploading following the template. On the servers I forgot to read the rules but I whent back and read all the rules and if I am ever unbanned I could help by rebuilding helping the ncr
