Dakota was born in the early months of 1988 not sure exactly what month, not much is know about him. He was born into a military family his dad was a Captian in the Marine Corps, his mother a 3 Star General in the Air Force. His family was always moving from state to state because of their jobs. So Dakota did not have much friends growing up, he made one friend in Washington that he will never forget. His father had control of a platoon stationed in Afganistan. When they were in a battle Dakota's father had jumped on top of a frag grenade to save his platoon, he later got a metal of honor. This made Dakota suffer from depression, there are rumors that Dakota had said that he was going to get revenge for his dad.

After a few more years in the military his mother retired as a 4 Star General in the United States Air Force. Then his mother had died from a shooting that had occurred in the small town they had lived in. Now all alone all the money his parents had transfered over to him and he had no one to care for him. He took his Aunts advice all the way from Great Britain to sell the house, car, and everything he now owned in the United States and buy a plane ticket over to Great Britain. He did what his Aunt had advised and flew over to Great Britain then he lived with his aunt for 4 more years.

Now the year is now 2006 and Dakota is 18 years of age, he decides he wants to join the British Army. No one knows what he enilsted in not much is known about him. He goes through all of the training he becomes a highly trained sniper for the British, he shoots a .300 Winchester Magnum, a really powerful bullet at long to medium ranges. His longest known confirmed kill is 2,547 meters people believe he had kills way farther than that, he can shoot coin the size of an American quarter at ranges up to 1,500 meters. Over the next few years his shot gets better and better and is soon on the top of the terror group ISIS most wanted list.

His Aunt raised him since his parents died and now the year is 2014 right before the outbreak and she moves to Washington in the United States where the outbreak first got out. Word gets to Dakota that his Aunt has just been infected, outraged and now even more depressed than before he retires from the military. Dakota then became a criminal he began to take hits and he murdered so people because he was so mad. He later got caught by the British Special Forces and he then escaped from them because he was highly trained in escaping from POW Camps. Now free once again Dakota has to leave the country, at this time Chernarus has not yet been infected and he thought that would be a good place to go.

Dakota finially arrives after 2 months of traveling because he can't legally fly in aircraft so he has to hide on the landing gear. He jumps from flight to flight and then arrives there. Once in Chernarus Dakota has to learn the native language since he is not from around there. Dakota gets lesons from a school he enrolls in then drops out after he learned the language. Back in Great Britain they are starting to get less and less clues on Dakota's where abouts so they have a little part in an international news channel and give a warning that there is a dangerous criminal on the loose and then show a picture if him and if they have any clues on where he his to contact local police. Time goes by with no clues on where Dakota is so now he finally escaped and can start a new life. He gets a job and starts to live and work in Chernarus.

A years goes by and everything is normal until word gets out that the outbreak had gotten to Russia and the government was trying to keep all Russians out of the country. The government does a good job for the most part but not good enough because soon the infection gets to Chernarus. Now that the country is in chaos Dakota changes once again, he tries to help everybody he can always trying to bring his .300 Win Mag with him everywhere he goes for protection. Now you can find Dakota roaming around looking for people to help in this now waste land which was once the beautiful Country of Chernarus.
