Server has been wiped, and alongside it a bunch of updates were rolled out. We've changed a lot of the modlist and implemented a few new tweaks and features, here's the details: 

-removed unnecessary mods
-added new mods
-updated chat prefixes and layout
-asked Chernarus to run better
-fixed spawnrates... hopefully (no more items respawning instantly)
-decreased overall loot spawnrate
-increased animal spawnrate
-increased amount of items in mega drops
-added tpa cooldown (90 seconds)
-added only top-tier vehicles to vehicle events
-vehicle events now only spawn in risky areas (Such as NW & Tisy)
-tweaked vehicle events spawn rate
-updated rules to clarify a few grey areas
-updated dunkertown (V9.0!)
-Changed name of /kit greengoblin (Now /kit gg)
-Added buyback feature to NPCs
-Re-added sewer under cherno
-Removed modded mining nodes
-Removed Mine quest
-Added modded and unique spawns to NW Airfield and Tisy
-Removed zombie spawns north of NW airfield
-Expanded rad zone to cover all of Tisy
-Removed daypack and GPS from starter loadout
-added inventory restorer for KOS victims
-removed airdrop node from williams
-extended safezone around williams

Issues FAQ:
Because the map has been updated, I'm assuming there may be an influx of players getting error messages relating to the map or mods.
To fix this, simply close the game and reinstall the map ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1380697908 ) and/or all the mods (Modlist: https://www.unturnedroleplay.com/serverspage/modlist/ ).
If your NPCs aren't working properly, a reinstall of the NPC workshop item should fix this too ( https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1380051035 )
