The problem might be caused by TOO MANY GUILDS you have joined, the max amount is 100.

The other problem might be if you have any other people that use the computer/discord on another account, they might have been IP BANNED from the server and that's why you cant join.

I only got one sibling that lives in the same house that uses discord, but I don't know if he's even been in this discord. I'm assuming the guilds means servers? I'm only in 32 discord servers :/.

You should prob ask your sibling about it and if it's the case that the discord user has been IP banned the staff team can investigate that and see if they can get it solved.
