Even if the second video wasn't there to prove it wasn't KOS(which it wasn't), Nylex himself has stated bases/base raids are KOS so to ban them was completely wrong from the beginning. The second video however shows they do tell him to put his hands up even though they don't have to because it was a base raid.

half of the video is our base location and that isn't going public. Even without the video, you were raiding a base therefore they didn't even have to tell you to put your hands up. Also, in your original post you stated "I break contact with them over and over again" the first fight was in your base where they are completely allowed to KOS as the intentions were to raid. Yes, you broke contact but were then re-engaged after you started raiding a base, in that situation they wouldn't necessarily have to tell you to put your hands up.

so delta when you were in the sewers (running from your base where the fight began) the fight never ended until, of course, you got out and broke contact.
