I can't believe this happened especially from Lemon... 

I was under the impression that the Military base on festive russia was a KoS zone. When we asked the boss this question he replied, "Sure why not"

I was under the assumption that all military controlled zones were KOS, EX. The launch complex, military base, and maybe that little outpost by the train. I was going to offer you your gear back, but you never asked for it.

Given only Cherno has a official KOS zone, it´ll stay like that. Not every damn military site is a KOS zone or did you see a designated "You have entered a KOS zone"? Coz i didnt and i dont know anything of "the boss" beeing ok with KOSing in every military zone.

Pimpcane, confirm that with Nylex before jumping to conclusions. I saw with my own eyes, Nylex tell us all the military site on unturned festive russia is a kos zone

If you click on Festive Germany, it will bring up a map that has the military base circled saying "KOS Zone"

I don't think it gives you a message on the server though.

Lemon is not banned, apologies for not seeing this and clearing doubts sooner. This was just an unfortunate misunderstanding.
