So i'm posting this expecting nothing to happen due to nutman being an admin and fadeless is his friend but i'm going to post it anyway because I don't think its right.
Basically what happened is that nutman and fadeless someone knew exactly where the base we were making was and flew there in an orca and someone shot so I went to take cover. Then after I received fire from the base I shot back and killed nutman and fadeless. Since they died I assumed it would be safe to walk or tp to safezone because active PvP was over. As I was walking nutman shot at me with a matamorez and brought me to 50 hp. I put my gun away because that's how baby yoda got off on a technicality, then Nutmans friend fadeless came up over a hill and shot/killed me. As you can see in both the clips I was definity not close enough to the base for it to be active kos nor did I shoot at them.
As a side note recently i've been noticing more and more kos and nothing being done about it. I understand its hard to understand background through 1-5 min clips but its becoming frustrating. Also pardon my language in the clips i'm a very descriptive person:/

Why did you upload the two clips seperately, kinda feels like maybe some clipping and editing was used but nonetheless. I feel like this honestly wasn't 'KOS' precisely. Yes it was unexpected, however the area you was in is by an active base correct? Nutman and Fadeless clearly had intentions on raiding the base too and so they had every right to kill you in my opinion
Yeah they did try to raid us right? But then we killed them and they took like 7 minutes to come back and loopy was kinda far from the base and when they killed loopy they werent even attacking the base.
Like loopy was so far from base, he was like 1000m away
So fin I explained what happened with the clip thing both in the report and in the title of the first clip. I'm not sure if you're aware how nvidia instant replay works but basically it clips the last (what ever time you set it to) and then restarts the timer. In both videos you can see the ending of the clip and also you can see that I am in the exact same place and the chat is the exact same. I couldn't put them in the same video because they are 2 separate videos. if you would like to see the full first clip of when I killed nutman and fadeless I would be more than happy to post it but I just didn't think it was important since it was before the fact.
