This guy 100% hacking, look at the blood splatter, it is above Xilac by like several meters same with the splatter on the wall way too far up to not be aimbot/wallhacks. This isnt lag or something, this is the sign of a hacker, because when someone gets shot the game finds the closest plane to stick blood decals on. It finds that by checking where the player was shoot and places decals and plays blood effects. This means that if the blood spawns in the air the shoots are registering above the player meaning a program that exploits something is in play.

This is hacks 100% no doubt. The only thing i wish is that the video was in an enclosed area for better footage but this video is still really good.

Look at the video again, you can see blood effects spawn mid-air which is a clear sign of hacking not to mention that the second after he dies the blood spawns mid air which is the guys tracking software. This gamer is not epic and is hacking.
