I was banned for SZ Camping/KOS. I was banned out of No where by Surprise when I started talking to someone about buying scrap. I Immediatly dmed him and I figured out it was from a Video Earlier today that was Already solved by 2 Staff members. I was Confused because it was Solved but Surprise said He has no proof it was Solved. Im watching the video over and over and I can now see how some people call it SZ Camping. I wasnt thinking at the moment since I started robbing these guys. I started robbing this man in ghillie when he started running away, He stopped and tped 2 friends in that killed me. I tp back to my teammate where I get a gun and kill Brune that was running to the sz. I didnt think this was SZ Camping at all since he just killed me and started running Immediatly. My teammates killed the other 2 and I grabbed the loot. 2 hours later It gets posted in the discord and Staff Members Bob and D4 Pick it up, Where we talked it out. I am sorry for SZ Camping, It didnt feel like it to me at the Moment but right now Im leaning towards it. I Do Apoligize towards the People I killed and the Staff Members times I wasted. I was a witness to this event. Everything Robert has said is true. He shot at someone running back into safezone while they were being robbed, so Robert had every right to kill.
This isn't even close to the truth, you have been found guilty of KOS in that one video, staff is looking at the other reports and evidence and will be deciding tomorrow to see whether you stay banned or not. You were the only one on your involved in that robbery, you died and the robbery stopped. When you TPed back to your friend and killed Brune that was KOS, the robbery was already over and you guarded the safe zone and wouldn't let him in and you killed him.
You have so much evidence against you that I don't even think for one moment that you are sorry, you continued to break rules and you continue to get consequences. You have been banned two times in the past, one for violating T & C and the other for KOSing a guy by running him over. If you are sorry then you wouldn't of have repeated breaking rules.
T & C? Explain? I got banned 2 years ago on overgrown for breaking shop rules? Than got unbanned by the same staff member. And Cole banned me for VDM until I explain to Dragon the situation for him to unban me. All the Evidence you have againest me has all been solved since its all Bs. Everything I have done with a video has been explained to admins, This time I dmed Surprise and he told me to appeal, Than Dmed Fish and he said He couldnt help me since He didnt ban me.
VDM, if thats the car KOS that I recorded then that isn't true. No one on the staff team ever got that clip until yesterday, so the clip of you running the guy over hasn't been solved.

because of the robberies and raids that take place, your a large group with a lot of power on the server. There's a reason people either like you or dislike you. You can help players or create chaos. And with the choices you make, we reconise easily.
