i got banned for kos which i belive was unjust

ill explain the situtaion i got banned for 2x rdm, i killed the first guy in a robbery, i told him to out his hands up and which he then ranaway from me and i shot him he was also armed so i was on edge, and the other was for the same reason

the other rdm which i also belive was a fake ban, which was when we raided a base, me and my friend came to his base and were gonna raid him thats when he pulled a gun and ran away, which was a failed robbery, and i had kos on him, about 15min later me and my frind tricked him into coming back to his base i hid in the subway and he hid inside the store itself, thats were i tab out for about 2 min, i thought i was gonna ride a car thats why i hid in the subway but he took the subway, when i tabbed in he was right infront of me and i shot him, he was so close infact that i dident see if he had a gun ot not
