Hello admins, thank you for taking the time to read this appeal. I was reported for KOS'ing an individual in a helicopter on the ((Nylex)) Life Rp server. However, I assure you I did give demands it's just at the time I was having serve connection issues, and I'm assuming it lagged my mic and didn't register as me pushing it down to talk. I tried to get my POV of it to provide as evidence, but due to the connection issues, my recording software was bugged, etc. I was attempting to rob the individual for his helicopter after me and my friend had been followed and I was getting sick of it. However, looking back at it I realize that maybe it was not worth the risk of attempting to rob. Since the incident, I have re-read the rules several times to make sure I have a clear understanding of how to provide an interesting RP interaction for all players I come across. I think I deserve a second chance, as it was a genuine mistake, I enjoy playing on the server very much and would like to keep doing so to make new friends and help new people. I would like to personally apologize to the reporting party and if you would like me to replace the industrial can I am able to do so. Again thank you for your time, and I hope you can give me a second chance, where I assure you i won't mess up again.
