-What happened/why you were banned: KOS
-Why you feel you should be unbanned/gave a second chance: I was banned for KOSing 3 or 4 people in a crowd of 8. The reason for me shooting those people was because, when I logged on, I heard that Sap and John were holding Hanes up at gunpoint and some people came to watch. I ran over to kill Sap and John after I heard them kill Hanes. When I got there, I saw a crowd of people surrounding Hanes’s body so I fired at some of them that vaguely looked like Sap and John. However I didn't notice that they were driving off in their blue car right next to me. While a stupid thing to do, i thought to do it in the heat of the moment. I saw their car, but I didn't really pay any attention to it because it looked like some random people driving by. If I stood there and examined the crowd of people, I would have been killed before I even knew which person it was. Lets just ignore the fact that Sap was using F7 during that but lets say he wasn't, he still would have seen me before i saw them. I'm a single guy across the street, they were 2 in a crowd of many. So either I get myself killed by running over, get myself killed by trying to see them in the crowd, or fire at the crowd in hopes of killing them. My plan was to shoot them, make Sap and John run off or maybe kill them. Once they are either dead or running I go over and heal the civs caught in the crossfire.

Parker is a really genuine guy, a nice friend and all around helpful around life RP. I was pretty bummed out when I heard that he had gotten banned through my dm's. Even if parker doesn't manage to get unbanned successfully through his application, I feel that maybe his ban appeal should be reduced as parker was a nice guy. Even though I may or may not agree with what Parker did in his clip I feel that he had a somewhat valid reason of what he did. I would love to see him back on the server, +rep.

Parker is a really nice guy and I know that making decisions like that are hard especially when there is like 8 people in a crowd , I think even if he doesn’t get unbanned his ban should be reduced .
