Have you had any previous roleplaying experience? (if so we'd love to hear about it!):Yes I did,part of large RP Life servers in Arma franchise for about 4 years,somewhat Gmod RP servers for 2 years,and that would be it as i dont want to go into detail its too long.
Character background- Write a background for your character. Talk about how you ended up in the apocalypse and what sort of person your character is- try to keep things realistic:On the day the world fell,I was a part of first responder team of the United States National Guard.Quickly we fell into a trap near the hospital,by a scavenger group and it attracted a large horde of infected,and we were forced to request an immediate evac out of the city,with us barely making it out and being wounded we headed on board of USS george Washington CVN-73,but a group of Army rangers went AWOL and rouge,shooting our helicopter down...Only two of us made it as remains of the National Guard in this forsaken hellhole

Alright. So we know only some basic facts about your character, and that was his occupation. You need to go more into your character and what they are like. What are they good at, bad at, into, disgusted by, their moral philosophy, etc. Don't just make your character and tell us what they are doing during the apocalypse. Tell us about them before, how they lived.
Additionally, if you want to do a military application, you need to do a bunch of research behind it before you spew one out like you did here. Doing a bit of research on a part you put in here, the Naval Aircraft Carrier, it looks like she just sails between her home port (Norfolk, VA) to the West Pacific. I have no clue where your character was before the events happened; however, by reading the story you laid for me means that they are in the United States somewhere, which doesn't match up with the WL's current location. Then again, this part was SUPER vague. I got confused reading it.
What you should really consider before drafting a WL request is looking at other's applications that were accepted. Check out what makes or breaks these so you have an idea of how you can make yours unique but still very good.
