Today i'm writing to inform everyone that i was unfortunately banned for Kill on Sight. despite myself disagreeing with this, i must apologize to MrStealYoGirl, it was not right that i killed him and i take full responsibility. On the important information to include page it states i must describe what happened, even though i would rather not.
It was the 20th of November and me and my friend were running from Hero's traders towards the east of the map. Upon our travels we came across a strange box shaped wooden house; there were people inside. we used a charge to attempt to surprise them and we were successful, or so we fought. We felt bad for raiding them so we teleported them back and let them pick up their items. just before we left, we heard a 50.Cal sniper from out of the distance. It penetrated me head and took me straight out. My friend immediately took cover... After dying, my items spewed all over the forest ground. causing frames to explode all over the forest. i teleported to my friend and grabbed my green goblin gear from my kit. We were fighting for a good 20 minutes and after 15 minutes everything came to a silence. The exploding frames had nearly cleared up by now. from the corner of my eye, I see one of the sneaky counter raiders pop out of the corner of my eye. I slowly turn my character, barely surviving the lag-attack and blow his head of with a PKP. The frames dropped to the lowest of the low at this point in time. This was when a strange sound came over our head. There was still one geared player left out in the empty woods. we were seriously panicking and all we wanted to do was get out. the strange noise grew louder until we eventually gather that it wasn't in fact a airdrop, but a Gyro. we painfully got up from our legs and pulled out our primary weapons. my friends computer could barely handle the lag. The man in the gyro (after he landed) pulled out a AA-12 shotgun, slowly swaying from side to side, he turned to his right and aimed the gun at my friend from my point of view. I attempted to turn around and sprayed one hundred bullets at him, slowly missing each one until i finally locked on to him. It wasn't until later on after i had died and then crashed that he had filled a report about me. I gave my story, a less detailed version of this. I believe that the administrators didn't take their time to read the full story and took action to quick. But that's only my opinion.
I'm not so mad that i'm banned from the server i have been playing for a while, but more or less stressed because i feel like i'm going to lose the respect i have been so painfully trying to gain over the past few months. please take your time to appreciate everything i have stated because I have put a lot of time in to it. I also hope that Nylex and every other administrator forgives me for my actions as well as MrStealYoGirl as this is the player i killed on accident. Another think that has stressed me out over this situation is my place in the Whitelisted server, I have been looking forward to it for a while now, and the fact that i was accepted got me even more hyped. If you could forgive me, Nylex. Would it be to much to ask for if i kept my potential position in white-list as it means the world to me.
Recently, i have been reading back and fourth our server rules as a form of discipline and i can gladly say i fully understand them. I am trying my hardest to turn a a new leaf and will continue to do so from now on. I was banned from Chernarus LN

Unban him. It wasn’t even his fault, evidently. He doesn’t deserve his ban, and as you can see he humbled himself to apologize instead of fighting. +1 unban

two wrongs do nott make a right friend, The reason why i didn't make one yesterday was because for me it was nearly 11pm which is when i prefer to sleep because i appreciate school.
EDIT: at least i offered a refund. please be grateful that i spent my time apologizing to you.
School is first, you need to stop acting like a 6 year old and grow up. Stop holding a grudge for someone who went to fucking bed instead of staying up to fight you on the forums. Your being an immature little kid instead of manning up and saying “ok cool, now let’s figure out how to make things better”

You do not mean your apology, you are only sorry because you got banned. The fact you appealed the very next day says it all - you have given no thought to your actions and I now do not want any items back as I have regained nearly all I have lost. Without sounding a dick, if you'd have gone about this a different way (Ie not posting on all of my threads after i reported you the first time, robbing me in game, just generally being toxic towards me, then i wouldn't care. And you are right, two wrongs do not make a right, that is why I haven't ever kosed you / robbed you back. This is because I roleplay and I'm here for the roleplay experience. I really really didn't want it to come to this mate, but you have literally shown no remorse on any occasion up until now.
tl;dr you knew you commited an offense right away that is why you came up with every excuse under the sun instead of apologizing / refunding right away, like i pointed out in the thread it took about 10 replies before you even considered the word sorry

Oh, he is a different player. I have played and talked with him multiple times, to know it’s you guys being the ones attempting to ban him for something stupid. Just accept his apology and grow up
