1-2 Months back I was banned on Canada+ but right before that was this situation. It all started when the safe zone started up in Ontario and it was started by Kolibob(Mod). When this had happened Kolibob has stored an admin gun in the safe zone then one day the barrier or safe zone went down and I had raided his place. I then had found his gun and tried to give it to another mod but he then left, I then destroyed the safe zone for certain reasons and then went around the map destroying raided bases that were dead and caused lag. Soon after tons of friends wanted the gun but I had not handed it over and instead dumped the admin gun into the ocean. Later on, I was banned within 2 weeks.
I feel as I should be given a second chance for multiple reasons. When I wasn't unbanned I was on the server all day long almost 24/7, I had boosted the roleplay within the server and had tons of my friends come on making it active but not a lot. I had created tons of groups such as Spetsnaz, police, navy seals. We tried to take control of the server as if we were the military and set rules and had enforced these rules and jailing these people who broke them. Before this, I had taken part in a town and had boosted that economy and it had become even more active during that time. I do understand that what I did was not right according to mods and rules. I had let my anger get over against the safe zone and destroyed it. But it was horrible noticing that I was going to be banned from Canada+ server when it was the only server I played on and helped a lot.

"No abusing of the Safezones
If the server you are on has a trader location or a safe zone location, griefing it, stealing from it, camping it out etc is not allowed at all. Admins spend a lot of time building these places for players to own shops and sell/trade items. These are safe zones where there is no killing, no bandit behavior, and no stealing."
I had broken the rule of abusing a safe zone, I had griefed the safe zone at Ontario.

As noticed above "Repeat offenders will get a ban", I was not a repeat offender and the case a whole and it did not happen two times. So I think I didn't have a fair trial and it was against the rules for me to be banned.

You fucking stole and used a admin gun and caused chaos, wrecking destroyed bases my ass! Of course were not waiting fir u to break rules twice. You deserved your ban on the spot for your egoistic actions. I was considering asking rest of staff about a lift after the appeal, buut u HAD to post:

Youre trying pretty much to say you didn´t deserve the ban, what tells me you didnt learn anything yet. Appeal denied.

I dislike the fact that you pinned this one me - the fact that you destroyed the SZ consciously is very worrying. You then said you destroyed old raided bases which is completely false - and even if it was true, can you realistically expect us to believe such statements when you've failed to deliver with old ones?
Appeal again in three days. Denied.
When people KOS, it could very well be a mistake, perhaps they didn't know the rules. Same goes for safezone camping. That's why we say "repeat offenders will be banned". However destroying an entire safezone with an admin tool is a conscious decision and could not be a mistake. You know what you did was wrong as you were doing it, yet you continued. "repeat offenders will get a ban" does not apply here, obviously.
