reading your ban appeal really makes me sad. Sure you admit to your crimes, yet it is an unforgivable crime from my point of view. You knowingly stole a tool forbidden to every player, even having THE BALLS to take it of his blind eye and right out dipset and disconnect. In my opinion such a sneaky move is not forgivable, given how much trouble it caused for us mods and the rest of staff. You are known on the staff team, i dunno why but some sure don´t like you at all. I have no problems or run ins with you before, but hearing complaints from here and there about your actions. What my SUGGESTION would be even tho you apologized (and don´t take me wrong, we hear these sorrys every day about all the shit) would be a temporary 1 week ban to think about your actions carefully, because its not some plebish small rule you broke there and i think you know it.

What about a couple days ban? I'm just so sorry. I don't know what else to say. I just don't wanna be permabanned. 

I just suggested a 1 week ban on the servers to think of your actions, but in the end its Nylex´s decision.

One week is not only benevolent for what you've done, but taking in consideration the recent events w/ Carson, where you practically confessed against him and agreed that what he did was unforgivable, it only adds to your hypocrisy...

I'm suggesting a one week ban.

Good, people should learn and know better than to do stupid things like that. 1 week is alright seeing as you can learn from your mistakes.

I don't think he should be unbanned though, on my part, he tried to even take the gun from me after he knew I was gonna be banned. I have the evidence! Sorry, Kittfoonya, I realize im losing friends in this action that I take account for but I must suffer.  

Pretty sure he said that what I did was unforgivable because I didn't give him an admin gun?

Thanks for your input everyone. A one week ban seems to be pretty popular. I can gladly agree to that. Lets see what the person who banned me (don't know who it was, probably Nylex) thinks now.

After reviewing the evidence submitted by Carson, you abused and lied to Staff members - at first you weren't okay with a week, after massive evidence that works against you was submitted, one week works!

Don't expect to get unbanned for what you've done & then attempted to do again. In my view, you're no better than Carson - you have abused benevolence of this community.

Well, I'm sorry, ok? I am trying to get the best for myself while sill being reasonable. That's how compromises work. I'm trying to be nice and apologetic, not upset and pissy. I get that what I did was wrong, and I've apologized as many times as I can. I don't know what else you want me to do. I'd love suggestions and I'm fine with whatever you staff think works as long as I get unbanned at some point.

And when did I , "abuse and lie to staff?" and, "done and attempted to do again?" I'm kinda confused on the vagueness. Elaborate? This is not meant to sound pissy or sarcastic. I am just trying to understand what others think and what I can do better.

I get what I did was stupid. I have suffered the consequences so please don't remind me or yell at me. As I said, I am trying to be respectful regarding the situation. I am just trying to come up with a compromise here. I came here to get suggestions and find a solution, not get yelled at. If you cam here to yell at me and tell me how stupid I am, either give a useful suggestion or leave please.
